With Mount Everest as its epicenter an earthquake had hit the Everest early morning where devastation happened just last year that killed a whooping 9,000 people. The magnitude recorded was 5.4 at the ritcher scale.

As the earthquake was experienced majorly in the remote villages, there still needs to be investigation to recover the damage if happened but till now no loss has been reported.

Nepal's National Seismology Center said "the epicenter was on the border between Ramechap and Solukhumbu districts, about 120 kilometers (75 miles) east of the capital, Kathmandu."
