Khandwa: Khandwa traffic police in Madhya Pradesh cut off the fine of Indore MP Shankar Lalwani's car last Monday. In fact, Shankar Lalwani had gone to Khandwa on Monday and stayed here for dinner at a restaurant in Mumbai Market. In front of the restaurant, he parked the car in the no parking zone and had to pay. In fact, during this time, the traffic police first locked his car and then imposed a fine on him for confronting in a no parking zone and establishing hooters.

Due to the model code of conduct, the name of any public representative is restricted in the constituency like Patta and hooter etc. In view of all this, they can also be dealt with under the Model Code of Conduct. After all this, MP Shankar Lalwani quietly left on a motorcycle with party workers after dinner. As per the information received, the traffic subedar has imposed a fine of 1500 rupees on him under the Motor Vehicles Act.

It is also being reported that the driver took the car after the fine proceedings. In the entire case, Subedar Traffic Devendra Singh of Khandwa said, "There is a code of conduct. That is why we have caught this vehicle penned by the MP. This is the car of the Indore MP. The car was parked in a no-parking area in front of a hotel. In this, we have acted in violation of model code of conduct and fined under the Motor Vehicles Act.''
