Bhopal: By-elections are to be held on the 28 assembly seats of Madhya Pradesh. Meanwhile, the FIR registered on former Chief Minister Kamal Nath is also becoming part of it. According to the information received from the Congress, it is being called a double action of the BJP government. Amidst all this, Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP Vivek Tankha has also joined it. He has described the FIR against Kamal Nath as injustice and asked the Election Commission and CM Shiraj Singh Chauhan that 'Against which senior leader of BJP FIR has been registered?'

Tankha has done all this through a tweet. In his tweet, he has also shared a copy of the new guidelines released on Thursday by the home ministry. He has raised the question that 'From today onwards, the one-sided attitude of the officers will not end before changing the rule'. During the election meetings in Madhya Pradesh, new guidelines of the Election Commission have been released. Now the number of star campaigners like Scindia and Sachin Pilot has been reduced from 40 to 30 people for these election rallies.

FIRs have been filed against 9 party leaders including former Chief Minister Kamal Nath and Congress candidate Phool Singh Baraiya from Bhander for mobilizing more people against the rules in Congress's election rally in Bhander's Datia. The administration had given permission for 100 people to be present in this meeting held on 5 October, but more than 100 people joined it.
