MPSC Prelims 2020: MPSC Prelims Exam 2020 has been postponed once again. In fact, the state government has deferred the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) examination which was ready to be held on 11th October 2020. This is not the first time, but even before that, the exam has been postponed. However, the information on this examination was given by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray at a press conference.

He said in his statement that the examination is currently being postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the Maratha reservation movement. The new dates will be announced soon on the official portal. In addition, he has also said that admission cards have already been issued for the examination but now the examination has been further extended. The decision to reschedule the MPSC Prelims Exam 2020 has been taken after the second round meeting held with various Maratha organizations.

In the past, students are also appearing to demand postponement of the examination due to the conditions caused by the Covid-19 infection. In fact, the students have asked the government to postpone the examination in view of the increasing cases in the state at present. Earlier this examination was to be held on 3rd May 2020, but it could not have happened due to the corona pandemic.
