Just few days are left to commence of one of the most popular cricket tournament IPL and y the captain of Indian Premier League franchise Chennai Super Kings, MS Dhoni, on Saturday evening (March 16) kicked off the team's full-fledged preparations for the forthcoming IPL season at the MA Chidambaram Stadium Dhoni looked in full flow at the nets, gearing up to defend the title that his side had impressively lift the tropy last year.

 Dhoni trained at the nets on Saturday evening alongside his Indian teammates Ambati Rayudu and Kedar Jadhav, who were all part of the team that recently lost the ODI series against Australia. Former Indian Captain had reached Chennai on Friday night and got down to business on the very next day as he was seen in a deep discussion with head coach Stephen Fleming and batting coach Mike Hussey. Dhoni then hit the nets where he was seen hitting a couple of big shots, a video of which was shared on CSK's Twitter handle. The video was captioned: "140 seconds of Classic #Thala Dhoni! #WhistlePodu #Yellove"
Alongside Dhoni, Rayudu, Jadhav, Suresh Raina and Murali Vijay were all seen at the nets while Karn Sharma, KM Asif and Tamil Nadu keeper N Jagadeesan also began their preparations for IPL 2019. South Africa captain Faf du Plessis and leg-spinner Imran Tahir are yet to join team.
