Kolkata: BJP leader Mukul Roy has accused state cm and TMC chief Mamata Banerjee of attacking the BJP supporters through their speeches after three people were killed in the violence that took place in Sandeshakhali on Tuesday. The BJP leader came to Bhangipara village of Basierhat Sub-division and met the family of Pradeep mandal and Sukant Mandal who were killed in the violence.

He said that he would urge BJP president Amit Shah to provide all possible help to the kin of the victims. Roy has alleged that if there is any culprit for this violence, he is only Mamata Banerjee. No arrests have been made about these murders on their own instructions. He said Pradeep and Sukant were sleeping in their homes on the afternoon. TMC workers dragged them out and killed them.

Roy alleged that the police had not taken any action to stop the clash and so far no arrests have been made in the case. On Saturday, at least three people were killed in violence between TMC and BJP workers at Sandeshakhali in North 24 Parganas district.  The Trinamool claims that Qayyum Mullah, the third man killed in the clashes, was his activist.
