Mumbai: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) Chief Raj Thackeray's difficulties seem to be increasing. The Mumbai court has issued a notice to Raj Thackeray in the case of the campaign started by MNS on the Marathi language. The court has asked Raj Thackeray to appear in court on 5 January. The court has issued this notice on a petition filed by online marketing company Amazon.

After the notice of the court, MNS has said that our legal team is looking into this matter. Reacting to this, Akhil Chitre, vice-president of the MNS youth wing, said that Amazon chief Jeff Bezos had apologized in response to a letter written by the party regarding the use of Marathi language. Recently, there was also a meeting of party officials and Amazon officials at Amazon's office in BKC, Mumbai.

According to Akhil Chitre, in the meeting, Amazon officials had asked for a time of 20 days to resolve the issue. Meantime, a case has been filed on behalf of Amazon. Our legal team is looking into this matter. By writing a letter to the head of Amazon, Raj Thackeray's party MNS had appealed to use Marathi language in the company's app as well.
