Mumbai: In the lock-down, they are not taking the name of the accident, after Tamil Nadu, Chhattisgarh, now the latest case has come out from Maharashtra. A part of the building collapsed completely at 5.13 am in Mumbai's Kandivali West area in Maharashtra. The NDRF team immediately reached the spot and rescued 14 people as soon as the accident was reported.

Two people have been injured in this accident while the rest have not suffered any serious injuries. The NDRF team has successfully rescued all 12 people trapped on the upper floors and 2 people trapped on the ground floor. Right now, a search operation is on to rescue any other trapped person. So far 2 injured people have been admitted to the hospital. NDRF teams are present on the spot along with 4 fire engines, 1 ambulance for rescue.

At around 6.10 am, the disaster control room was informed that the wall behind the Sabariya Mosque in Kandivali West had collapsed. After this, Inspector Sachin Nalwade of NDRF stationed in Andheri along with his team arrived at the scene and started the rescue operation.
