Lucknow: A case of murder and plot of murder is registered agaisnt BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar in connection with the road accident with Unnao rape victim. The victim's aunt and aunt lost their lives in the accident. Kuldeep Singh Sengar has been booked for murder, conspiracy to murder. The victim's uncle has lodged an FIR against the MLA. The victim's uncle is currently imprisoned in the district jail in Rae Bareli.

Kuldeep Singh Sengar, his brother Manoj Sengar is also nominated in the FIR. It also has 10 nominees and 15-20 other unidentified cases. These FIRs have been registered in sections 302, 307, 506 120B of IPC.

However, the condition of the rape victim of The Unnao remains critical. Doctors at the KGMC hospital in Lucknow say that the accident caused injuries to his lungs. The victim was placed on the ventilator for a while.

In addition, the victim has fractured the right collar bone, some ribs on the right, right hand and right leg. On Sunday, BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar was hit by a truck in the car of the victim accused of raping her. While her two aunties died, the victim and the lawyer are seriously injured. They are undergoing treatment at the Trauma Centre.
