Uddhav Thackeray government of Maharashtra has divided the ministers and their departments. In the first expansion of the state government, on December 30, 36 ministers took the oath of office. After this, there was a long discussion between 3 parties of Maharashtra Vikas Aghadi on Saturday night about the division of departments, after which the list of ministers and departments was handed over to the Governor Bhagat Singh Koshiyari by the state government. On Sunday, the governor has stamped it.

Uddhav Thackeray's son Aditya Thackeray has been given the responsibility of the Department of Tourism and Environment. NCP's Anil Deshmukh has been made the Home Ministry, Congress leader Balasaheb Thorat, and Ashok Chavan as PWD ministers. Apart from this, the senior leader of the Nationalist Congress Party and Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar has been made the Finance Minister while Anil Deshmukh has been made the Home Minister.
