A special court in Delhi, the capital of India, directed the police to file an action report (action report) on a complaint filed against BJP leaders Anurag Thakur and Parvesh Verma for allegedly spreading hatred. CPI (M) leader Brinda Karat has filed a complaint against these two leaders regarding these statements given during the Delhi Assembly elections. Delhi Police has said in its status report that the Crime Branch is investigating on the basis of this complaint under the supervision of the Special Commissioner of Police.

For your information, let us tell you that before this, the court had asked the police to submit a status report on the complaint lodged against the two leaders for their alleged statements of inciting hatred. The court is hearing a complaint filed by CPI (M) leaders Brinda Karat and KM Tiwari in this case. CPI (M) leaders had complained to the Parliament in-charge of the police station and the Commissioner of Police, but after not getting any response, both approached the court.

Let us tell you that Thakur, while addressing a public meeting in Rithala on 27 January, chanted the slogan, "The traitors of the country ...." On the other hand, Varma also made a statement during the election campaign. There was a dispute about it.
