The Supreme Court of India Supreme Court has lifted the ban on construction work in Delhi-NCR from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. The court took this decision in view of declining air pollution levels and clearing of air. The court has also changed its old order. Due to the pollution level in Delhi-NCR being in a dangerous condition, the court banned construction works. Now, given the clear weather, the court has given relief and removed the ban on construction work.
For your information, let me tell you that earlier the Supreme Court had allowed construction works to be done during the day in December. The court had said that this construction work could be done only till six in the evening. The court did not allow the construction work to be carried out from six in the morning till six in the evening. That is, the construction work was banned in the night.
Due to the ban on construction work in Delhi-NCR, many projects were affected. In view of the continuous air quality in November, the court banned construction works. Due to this, millions of people were directly and indirectly affected. The workers were the most troubled.
