The Supreme Court on Friday fixed March 2 for the hearing of the case. This information was given by Senior Advocate Colin Gonsalves to the bench headed by Chief Justice SA Bobde. Gonsalves is the lawyer from the victim's side. While agreeing to the hearing, the bench asked the lawyer to approach the administration for protection. Gonsalves told that Uttar Pradesh Police has provided a gunner for the safety of the victim. A petition was filed against the order of Allahabad High Court regarding the decision to accept bail to Chinmayanand.
