Amritsar: The ongoing infighting in the Punjab Congress has not subsided so far. Now former Congress state unit president Navjot Singh Sidhu has used abusive language for Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi. Sidhu also advocated making himself a chief minister. In the video, Sidhu said Channi would "Channi will sink Congress" in 2022.

Navjot Singh Sidhu has also been cordoned off by the Akali Dal after his video surfaced. According to information received, he used abusive language for Chief Minister Channi before coming to Mohali Airport Chowk. A march is scheduled to leave Mohali Airport Chowk which will leave for Lakhimpur. In the video, Pargat Singh (Maroon Turban) says that it is only 2 minutes, CM Charanjit Singh Channi is about to arrive. Sidhu then says that we have been waiting for him for so long.

Then Sukhwinder Singh Danny (Firozi Turban), working president of the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee, who was just behind Navjot Singh Sidhu, said the programme was successful. Navjot Singh Sidhu comes and said, 'Where is a success now. The chief minister would then show success by making the son of Bhagwant Singh Sidhu (Navjot Singh Sidhu's father).' Sidhu then used abusive words to say, 'In 2022, it is the Congress that will drown.'
