Maharashtra: A recent shocking case has come to light from Palghar in Maharashtra. Kidnappers here injured the naval officer and set him on fire. The officer has died today or on Sunday. The statements have been made to the eyewitnesses of this incident which is shocking. The eyewitnesses have said, 'We were getting a sound of water from the forest. When we reached there, the officers were in a very bad state.'

He has also said, 'The officer's body was badly burnt. There were no clothes on his body. We were terrified to see him because we had never seen anything like this. We gave him water and informed the police. Police came then we gave a sheet from our house. After giving the sheet, we all picked them up and went to keep them in the ambulance. He was conscious. He was talking to the policemen. After that, the police and ambulance left from here. All this happened from 12 noon to 3 pm.

According to information received in this case, the officer was seriously injured due to burning in the fire. This incident is being described as Vivaji of Palghar. Palghar SP Dattatre Shinde said, 'Some people kidnapped a Navy officer from near Chennai airport. After that, Kidnappers set him on fire for not getting the extortion money of Rs 10 lakh. He was burnt due to fire. Regarding the matter, the PRO of the Defense Department said, 'Suraj Kumar Dubey, a naval, was found in Palghar on February 5 in the morning in 90 percent burn condition. He was brought to INHS Aswini after which he was declared dead. '
