The charges have been framed by the Tis Hazari Court in Delhi in connection with the gangrape of a minor girl in Unnao district of Uttar Pradesh. During the hearing on Friday, the Tis Hazari Court framed charges against Uttar Pradesh MLA and chief accused Kuldeep Singh Sengar. The rape victim, her mother and uncle will also be heard in the ACJM court on Friday in connection with the alleged grant of fake transfer certificate (TC) of the school. The case against the victim's family was registered in December 2018 by the husband of the MLA's close and co-accused Shashi Singh through the court. Earlier, a hearing was held in the Tis Hazari Court on Thursday in connection with the death of the father of the rape victim involved in the Unnao case. The CBI told the court that the father of the victim was wrongly implicated in the illegal possession of arms. In collusion with the police, the accused had recovered the weapon from them. Data on mobile phone conversations between policemen and accused is also available during the period. Mla Kuldeep Singh Sengar is among the others in the case.

In its statement, the CBI told the court that the victim's father was beaten up by the mob, leading to his death in custody. They were beaten badly before and their clothes were torn. The police then filed a complaint against him on mobile phones. The complainant also spoke to Kuldeep Sengar. The conversation was closed after the victim's father filed a case.

For your information, the defence denied the CBI's allegations. The victim's lawyer Dharmendra Kumar Mishra told the court that the victim's father was brutally beaten before his arrest and was admitted to the hospital. Even after that, Unnao's CMO (Chief Medical Officer) described him as fit to be sent to judicial custody and died in jail. The conspiracy of the CMO and the accused is evident. So, the CMO should also be booked.The case was filed by Inspector Ashok Singh Bhadoria, Inspector of Uttar Pradesh Police, S.I. Kamata Prasad, who is on bail.
