It is well-known that only other representatives, including MPs and MLAs, used to write recommendation letters to ministers and officials. But now a BJP MLA from Rajasthan has written a letter to the District Transport Officer on his letterpad urging him not to catch six dumpers (big trucks). In a letter to the District Transport Officer, the MLA has clearly recorded the number of these dumpers.

The BJP leadership has come into action after the letter written by the MLA on social media went viral. On the other hand, Transport Minister Pratap Singh Khachariawas has asked the authorities not to accept any wrong recommendation. Khachariawas said legislators are recommending that their business vehicles not pay tax or commit wrongdoing, which is wrong. The letter went viral on social media, the MLA said. He said someone had stolen his signed letterpad and misused it.

According to the information received, BJP MLA Jabbar Singh from Asind Assembly seat of Bhilwara district has written to the District Transport Officer stating that the dumpers belong to them. The MLA also called the Inspector of the Transport Department. MLA Jabbar Singh says that the letterpads and signatures belong to him, but it has been stolen and misused by anyone. There is neither a dumper in his name nor have he made any such recommendation.

The registration number registered in the transport department of the vehicles revealed that out of these dumpers, two are registered in the name of the mining company and four others. Two of these dumpers are registered as Rajvir Mines and Minerals and Sagus Mines and Minerals. Four others are registered as Rajesh Kumar Pahadiya, Saddam Hussein, Ganpat Singh and Ramesh Singh. Meanwhile, a report sought by the government from the police and district administration has revealed that the MLA has a stake in these companies. He sees the work of these companies regularly. However, legislators are denying that.
