If the NEET UG entrance exam application form is not yet filled for admission to MBBS and BDS programs in Medical, AIIMS and JIPMER across the country, then students can apply online on the National Testing Agency (NTA) website by 31 December. This examination will be held on May 3. In the application form, except for the students of Jammu and Kashmir, it is mandatory for the students of other states to fill their state quota option. Students of Jammu and Kashmir can fill both Central and State options. According to the NTA management, all the details of the entrance examination are uploaded on the NTA website. The online application form can be filled till 31 December and the online fee can be paid till 11.50 pm on 1 January 2020. Students of general category will have to pay fifteen hundred rupees, general class EWS, OBC non-creamy layer students 14 hundred rupees and SC, ST, differently abled and transgender class students will have to pay an entrance fee of eight hundred rupees. Along with the online fees, an additional charge of GST may also be levied.

Over 40 students monitored with a jammer:
The tester will use a jammer to tighten the knuckles. For this, a jammer will be placed on 40 students, so that it may not be possible to copy with mobile, Bluetooth or any other technology. Teachers also cannot carry mobile phones in the examination center. The NTA will monitor online through CCTV at the examination centers.

16 lakh students likely to attend:
Nearly 16 lakh students are expected to take the exam in NEET UG 2020. Last year, 15.50 lakh students had appeared for the exam. This time, admission in MBBS and BDS program in AIIMS and JIPMER will be on the basis of NEET UG 2020.
