Neil Nitin Mukesh is one of the most renowned faces in Bollywood. He has appeared in various hit films. He started his career as a child artist. However, he did not get success in his acting career. He is celebrating his Birthday today. On his birthday have a look on his journey.

Neil was born in a family of well-known musicians. Neil started acting as a child artist in his childhood. In the film 'Jaisi Karni Vaisi Bharni', Neil Nitin Mukesh played the role of Govinda's childhood, while in the film 'Vijay', Neil Nitin Mukesh also acted as a child artist. At the age of 3 he participated in school drama competitions and his acting career started. From being a child artist to a popular actor in bollywood. 

An incident of Nitin is very popular where he lashes out at Saif Ali Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. In an award function that Saif and Shah Rukh were hosting, Shah Rukh asked Neil Nitin Mukesh, "Mujhe tumse ek sawaal poochna hai ke tumhara naam hai Neil Nitin Mukesh. Bhaiya surname kahan pe hai?"  Neil became very angry and gave it back to the SRK

Neil expresses his disappointment from the joke. He said, "Can I take this liberty to say something? That is an insult for me, actually, that is an insult I feel. It's not right, you know. I think you haven't seen that my father is sitting out here also. I think it's ridiculous on both of you all to ask a question like this and always bring this up on award shows. I personally find this as an insult and I think you guys need to just shut-up ya.”

This incident caught all the limelight that time. The video of the incident went viral but later it was revealed that the whole incident was planned. Neil once speaking about the incident said, "It was all planned by Shah Rukh Sir. I was told by the organizers the Moranis beforehand that I was supposed to be part of Shah Rukh's act. I was supposed to reach early and rehearse for it. But as luck would have it I had gone to town to pick up my parents and got stuck in traffic. By the time I reached the venue, there was only time for a quick briefing on what I had to do. How could I say shut up to Shah Rukh Khan? I've never been rude even to my driver. But he insisted. He also told me to throw eggs at him and Saif at the end of the show. I begged and pleaded to spare me. But Shah Rukh didn't listen."
