Corona infection has not stopped yet in Telangana. On Tuesday, 1196 new Covid-19 infections and five deaths were reported. While total toll reached 1390, the cumulative number of positive cases reached 2,53,651. As of Tuesday, there were 18,027 active Covid-19 cases in the state.

The recovery rate in the state is also high.On Tuesday, A total of 1,745 people recovered . The recovery rate across the country is 92.70 per cent while the cumulative Covid-19 recoveries in the state are being taken to 2,34,234 per cent with a recovery rate of 92.34 per cent. The government has increased the examinations in the state. In the last two days, 44,635 Covid tests were conducted in the state and another 555 samples were awaited. So far, 47,29,401 Covid-19 tests were conducted in the state, of which 2,53,651 positive tests were conducted and 2,34,234 were recovered.
