In an application filed on behalf of Shashi Tharoor, accused in the Sunanda Pushkar case, he has sought permission to travel to three countries. He said that he has to go to three countries outside on some special occasion. In this case, he has approached the court for this. There will be a hearing on this matter on Thursday.
