New Delhi: In North India, the effect of cold wave is increasing day by day. On the other hand, the national capital Delhi is witnessing severe cold even in December. In Delhi, the mercury fell to 8 degrees Celsius on Tuesday. There may be more cold in the coming days. The Meteorological Department says that the next 2-3 days could be cold.

Due to the fall in temperature in Delhi-NCR, people are also feeling cold. According to the Meteorological Department, due to snowfall, winters will continue in North India in the coming days. A few days ago, rain was seen in the area of Delhi-NCR. Winter has seen an increase since the rains. Due to which people are facing a lot of trouble. At the same time, the effect of western disturbance has reduced, while the northern winds are moving in the northern plains. But due to western disturbance, light rain and snow was seen in western Himalayan region.

Due to this also the cold has increased more than before. With this, heavy snowfall is also seen in many regions of the country as the winter season starts. The effect of rain and snowfall has been seen in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Apart from this, Rajasthan is also feeling cold. Recently, there was heavy rain in Rajasthan. At the same time, there was hail along with rain, due to which the increase in cold was seen.
