New Delhi: Corona infection may have decreased in the country but the impact of dengue, malaria and chikungunya in Delhi NCR is increasing. The Corporation Hospital has set up a separate mosquito net ward for the same as well as reserved beds. Mosquito nets wards have also been set up at Hindu Rao Hospital.

A patient has died of malaria at Hindu Rao, a major hospital in the North Delhi Municipal Corporation. The hospital has also confirmed the same. There are 66 confirmed cases of malaria and 473 confirmed cases of dengue in the hospital. Dr Hemant of Hindu Rao Hospital said that the case of dengue is increasing by 10 to 15% this year as compared to last year.
