CM Kumar told PM Modi, "You will agree that many experts have their own specific opinion on the subject of Ganga's cleanliness and non-availability. With the intention of getting acquainted with the opinion of national and international experts, on the subject of 'Aviral Ganga' in Patna on 25-26 February 2017 and 'Ganga Ki' on 18-19 May 2017 in New Delhi A conference was organized on the topic 'Obstacles to Silt: Problem and Solution'. "

Nitish Kumar said that well-known experts from the water sector took part in these conferences. These two-day conferences unanimously took some decisions related to resolving the Ganga problems, which are known as Patna manifesto and Delhi manifesto respectively. These declarations have been sent to the Union Water Power Ministry for necessary action.
