Kolkata: A three-member delegation of BJP MPs has arrived in Kolkata to visit Bhatpara, the violence-hit region of West Bengal. SS Ahluwalia, MP from West Bengal who is leading the delegation, said that Home Minister Amit Shah is deeply saddened by the violence. Talking to the press, he said that Amit Shah is hurt by the incidents of violence and we will report to him. Ahluwalia is accompanied by MPs Satyapal Singh and BD Ram.

Ahluwalia further said, "These kinds of incidents are happening only in West Bengal. We will talk to the concerned people and report to Amit Shah. More from our correspondent: "The situation in Bhatpara in North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal continues to be tense after two people were killed in violent clashes between two groups. The BJP has been continuously attacking the Mamata Government in this violence. The BJP MPs are now scheduled to visit Bhatpara along with other leaders of Bengal.

"Our party leadership has set up a three-member delegation led by our MP SS Ahluwalia from Bengal to inspect Bhatpara on Saturday," BJP National General Secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya said in a briefing. He will be accompanied by MPs Satyapal Singh and B.D. Ram. Other leaders of the state will be together. '
