Andhra Pradesh: Andhra Pradesh Education Department, which has already released many entrance exam notifications, has recently released POLYCET-2021 notification for admission to Diploma courses in Polytechnic colleges. Technical Education Commissioner Pola Bhaskar said that steps are being taken to provide employment opportunities to the students studying in the State Polytechnic Colleges. He said that special attention has been given to courses with employment opportunities. He said that the education department is signing MoUs with some of the leading organizations for skill development programs of the students.

Meanwhile, 17,004 seats are available in 84 polytechnic colleges and 53,423 in 173 polytechnic colleges in aided and private sector. A total of more than 70,000 seats are available across the state. Of the 68,137 candidates who appeared in the polytechnic entrance exam, 64,187 passed. It is reported that job opportunities are more for those who have completed Polytechnic.

Candidates are required to submit online applications at polycetap.nic.in by 6 October. The certificate verification will take place from October 3 to 7. Giving Web Options will be available from October 3 to October 8. The allotment of food will be done on October 11. Students report to the college from 12 to 18 October. Classes will start from October 18 in all polytechnic colleges.
