World No.1 tennis player Novak Djokovic and his wife Yelena have come coronavirus test positive. Djokovic recently played in the Adria Tour and took the responsibility to help organize the tournament in Serbia and Croatia. The 17-time Grand Slam winner was the highlight of the tour. The first leg of the tour was played in Belgrade, while the second leg took place in Jadar, Croatia. A statement released on their website said, 'Djokovic's Covid-19 test has come positive. After reaching Braelgrade, he and his family were tested. Team was also tested, with whom he was in Belgrade and Jadar. There were no symptoms in them. The test of Viktor Troisky, Grigor Dimitrov and Borna Koric, who played in this tour before Djokovic, also came positive. Djokovic has confirmed in a message on his website that he and his wife Yelena have been found infected with corona.
'Our children's test came negative': He said, 'The moment we reached Belgrade, we did our test. My test has come positive and Yelena too while our children's test has come negative. Meanwhile, Dan Evans of Britain took on Djokovic and said he should 'feel some responsibility' for Grigor Dimitrov and Borna Coric's Test positive of the Covid-19. Djokovic said, 'We did what we did in the last one month with all our heart and our intention was good. Our tournament was aimed at unity and standing with the whole region. The purpose of the tour was to give famous and young tennis players from South Europe a chance to play competitive tennis.
Novak asked for forgiveness: He said, 'It was linked to the idea of helping people so that we could collect funds for those who are in need at the moment and the way people responded to it, it filled my heart had come.'
