Bhopal: Former state Chief Minister Digvijay Singh reached Bhopal's Crime Branch office on Wednesday morning to file an FIR against Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan after tampering video of Rahul Gandhi. In this regard, Digvijay Singh said that the BJP leaders had manipulated the video and posted it on social media. During this time former ministers PC Sharma, Hukum Singh Kara and Jayawardhan Singh were also present with him. Digvijay Singh said that if the police do not register an FIR, then they will go to the court.

Former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh reached Crime Branch on Wednesday at 10:45 pm, where he filed a complaint against Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan to Crime Branch SP Nischal Jharia. Former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh has said in the complaint that 1 year ago, Shivraj Singh Chauhan used indecent language against Rahul Gandhi on his Twitter. While investigating this matter, a case should be registered against Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. Along with the former Chief Minister, former Assembly Speaker NP Prajapati, former Minister Sajjan Singh Verma, senior Congress leader Govind Goyal and many supporters were also present.

A large number of his supporters reached the police station before him. Due to media and supporters, the office was very crowded. Many people had put on masks, but social distancing was not seen. In view of this, the police appealed people to follow social distancing, but no one followed it.
