Srinagar: The news of a huge decline in the number of devotees coming to visit the famous pilgrimage center of the country, Vaishno Devi, has come to light. This number has come down to half in February as compared to the month of January. In the month of January, the number of devotees coming to visit daily was 20 to 25 thousand, which has reduced to only 10 to 12 thousand in the month of February.

It is noteworthy that in the month of January, five lakh twelve thousand devotees attended the temple of Mata Vaishno Devi. At the same time, even after half a month has passed in February, only 1 lakh 66 thousand devotees have been able to visit the mother's darshan. Due to the continuous decrease in the journey of Vaishno Devi, the present-day devotees are not facing any kind of trouble and they are constantly getting all kinds of facilities.

These include helicopter service running from base camp Katra, battery car service running on building road etc. Katra's businessmen are worried due to the decline in travel. The reason for this is believed to be the examination of children across the country. Everyone hopes that after Holi there will be a huge jump in the number of devotees.
