- Avoid saturated fats and oils and replace it with olive and coconut oil.
- Encourage outdoor play. Do not allow children to spend time in front of the TV or play computer games.
- Avoid electronic exposure completely in children less than five years.
- Include lots of fruits and vegetables in children's diet. Avoid chips, sweets, and drinks.
- Children should eat limited portions and not overeat.
