His work in Odia cinema will leave an unforgettable impression on the future. May his soul rest in peace. Actor Bijay Mohanty is to be cremated with state honors.

The legacy of Bijay sir will always remain as a great institution in Odia cinema world. He was a versatile actor. His first movie Chilika Tire won a National Award and several State Awards. He has left an incomparable mark in the field of acting. As a human, he was a very clean person. His personality was grounded and polite. His sense of humor was amazing.
