The Rio Olympic 2016 bronze medal winner in the women’s wrestling category, Sakshi Malik has hot engaged to her boyfriend Satyawart Kadian at her residence in Rothak.
The 24-year-old wrestler had earlier spoken about Satyawart in the media.
"It was a private function. Only the families of the to-be bride and groom attended the event and it went very well," Satyawart's father Arjuna Awardee Satyavan Pehelwan said.
Satyawart, 22, is a pupil of his own father in the Akhada and has won a bronze medal in the 2010 youth Olympics.
