Lucknow: Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party National President Om Prakash Rajbhar met Mukhtar Ansari, who was lodged in Banda jail, Rajbhar told the media that Mukhtar Ansari had a discussion on the election. Rajbhar has earlier announced that Mukhtar Ansari's party will give tickets from wherever he wants.

Om Prakash Rajbhar described Mukhtar Ansari as the Messiah. Rajbhar had said that his party is ready to give tickets not only to Mukhtar Ansari but also to any member of his family. They will contest from where they want to contest, giving them tickets from there. Rajbhar had said that Mukhtar wins the election by the people's vote. If he were the mafia, why would people vote for him? As such, Mukhtar Ansari is the Messiah of the poor. He said that as far as being jailed is concerned, anyone booked will have to go to jail. But he is yet to be punished.

Om Prakash Rajbhar further said that Mayawati once called Mukhtar the Messiah, but today she is saying the mafia. OP Rajbhar said Mayawati's behest will not make a person a mafia. Replying to a question on giving tickets to Mukhtar and his family, OP Rajbhar said that all those who will join our front are welcome and Mukhtar Ansari is also welcome.
