Delhi: Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Ji has created his image in this world by not living in any caste or society but by working for the society. This time, the Central Government declared April 14 as a holiday across India on the birthday of Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar. Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar, the architect of the constitution of the country, was posthumously awarded the Bharat Ratna, the highest civilian honour, on March 31, 1990, and saluted for his invaluable contribution to the country and society.

'Babasaheb' Bhimrao Ambedkar actively participated in the fight for India's freedom and fought against social bias throughout his life. After independence, his role became even more important when he was entrusted with the responsibility of drafting the constitution of the nation.

Baba Bhimrao Ambedkar, who laid the foundation of the same Indian Constitution, saw many ups and downs in his life. But his determination laid the foundation for the modern creation of India. Baba Bhimrao Ambedkar Ji strictly removed the social evils like untouchables and freed the society. At the same time, on issues like labour law, he also raised his voice and made changes in the laws.
