Reports say that Eros International has also issued a legal notice to the makers of the film. In this notice, it has been claimed that all the rights of the film are with Eros International. Not only this, even before this, a ruckus had also been created regarding Hera Pheri 3. A notice was issued to the film by T-Series.

In the notice issued by Eros International, it has been said that they have Rs 60 crore left on the Nadiadwala Group. Also, it is written that Nadiadwala had also agreed that till this payment is not made, all the rights of Hera Pheri 3 are going to remain with him.

A notice published in Complete Cinema Magazine states that Feroz Nadiadwala Base Industries Group has also been sent a legal notice by Eros International regarding Hera Pheri 3. In which it has been said that Eros has all the rights of the movie. Right from movie title to digital and music rights are also with him. It has been said in the notice that Nadiadwala had also agreed not to sell any rights to third parties without the consent of Eros
