In fact, since coming to the Bharatiya Janata Party, Scindia, a constant Union minister, has been doing different kinds of work to break his Maharaj image. On Saturday, a mega event was held at the Atal Auditorium of Jiwaji University under Swachhta Survekshan 2022 in Gwalior to honour and conduct health tests. Scindia was the chief guest at the function related to sanitation workers. Due to this, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has tried to show by touching the feet of a woman sweeper that she is a public servant associated with the land and not the Maharaja of any princely state. Not only this, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia got down from the dais and approached a sweeper sitting below and grabbed his hand and brought him on the dais. He got the cleaner to light the lamp to launch the function and then made the woman sweeper sit on a chair next to him. He has called the cleaners gods.
At the function, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia felicitated 25 cleaners by presenting them shawls, shrifals and cleaning kits. At the same time, he touched the feet of women sanitation workers and thanked them for helping in the cleaning arrangements. In the wake of his speech, Scindia has said that the sweepers are our gods, so they touched their feet. At the same time, he said, "If anyone keeps the city clean, it is the hard work of our sanitation workers, so it is our utmost duty to respect all this." The woman sweeper sitting next to Scindia appeared to be quite happy throughout the function. He says that this is the first time that such an opportunity has been received when Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has given so much respect to all of us sanitation workers. She is very happy with the honour and at the same time, the woman sweeper has expressed her desire to see Scindia as the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh.
