Srinagar: Pakistan's nefarious activities on the Jammu and Kashmir border continues. In this sequence, Pak has once again fired in violation of ceasefire in Nowshera sector of Rajouri. A soldier has been martyred in this shootout. The Indian Army is also giving a befitting reply to the firing being done by Pakistan.

The Pakistani army has been firing for the past several days, targeting the post of the Indian Army on the border. Earlier on June 22, a soldier posted in Nowshera was martyred in the firing done by Pakistan. According to the information, in Nowshera of Jammu and Kashmir, late Thursday, Pakistan fired at the Kalal area till late night. One soldier was injured in the firing from Pakistan. The injured jawan was immediately admitted to the Army Hospital where doctors declared him dead.

Earlier, on June 22, the firing was done while targeting the Nowshera sector from Pakistan. Havildar Deepak Karki was seriously injured in this firing. Deepak Karki was also admitted to the hospital where he died during treatment.
