One Nation One Pay Day: Know here about this government scheme

In the formal sector, the government is considering to introduce a 'One Nation, One Pay Day' system, keeping in mind the interests of working-class employees and this will be implemented soon. Union Labor Minister Santosh Gangwar had informed about this scheme recently. It is a system under which people working in the formal sector, including working-class, will get their salary on the same day.

Actually, the government wants to implement the same system of salary in the country, in which employees and labourers of different sectors get salary on the same day. Employees of different sectors should be guaranteed a one-day wage-day every month throughout the country for timely salary payments.

It is to be noted that apart from this, the government is also considering to bring a 'Uniform Minimum Wage Program'. The purpose of all these schemes is to improve the lives of workers. In addition, the government is working on implementing occupational safety, health and working condition codes (OSH) and 'codes on wages'. The Labor Minister said that to make business easier, the government is also preparing to introduce a 'single page' system to fulfil the formalities of various sectors. Apart from this, we are also planning to bring a system that will solve problems online within 48 hours without any human intervention.
