New Delhi: Everyone is worried from the general public to the special people due to the crisis at Yes Bank. The government has become active in this matter and the investigation of agencies has started. People's money is deposited in Yes Bank and among them is the trust money of the famous Jagannath Puri temple in Odisha. A letter has been written to the Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on behalf of the Government of Odisha, in which it has been requested to allow withdrawal of temple deposits of Rs 545 crore.

Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari in the Odisha government has written a letter to the Center in this matter. In which it has been requested that the Central Government directs the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to allow Jagannath Puri Trust to withdraw its funds. According to the letter, Jagannath Puri's fund is operated under the name of Shri Jagannath Temple Administration. In total, Rs 545 crore of Jagannath temple is deposited in Yes Bank. This fund is maturing this month.

The state minister says that the trust of the temple works under a law made by the state government, so the money of the devotees should be taken care of. After the financial crisis on Yes Bank, the RBI had imposed a cap. In which a customer can withdraw only 50 thousand rupees in a month.
