On Thursday, a British High Court judge, who ruled in India's favor in a decades-old legal dispute with Pakistan over the Nizam Fund of Hyderabad, deposited in 1947 at the time of the country's partition, on Thursday paid Pakistan millions of pounds for legal expenses. Ordered to pay.

This case is about 35 million pounds, which is deposited in NatWest Bank, London.

Judge Marcus Smith ruled in October, after a years-long legal battle, that the seventh Nizam Osman Ali Khan was entitled to this fund and that it should be paid to the Shahzadas and India who claimed their rights. At the last hearing of the case in London-based Royal Court of Justice, on Thursday, Justice Smith, while disposing of the case, ordered Pakistan to pay 65 per cent of the legal expenses to other parties. Shehzade Muffakam Jah is entitled to 18,35,445 pounds and the eighth Nizam of Hyderabad Shahzade Mukarram Jah is worth 7,95,064 pounds. The hearing of this case started in 2013, but the dispute was going on since 1948.
