The plan was also mentioned in the Queen's address to Parliament on Thursday. In this address, the Queen mentions the priorities of the government. This confirmed that the Johnson government is going to implement this new visa scheme in the coming few weeks. Queen Elizabeth II said that this step of the government would give strength to the National Health Service.
