Hyderabad: Chief of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) and Lok Sabha MP from Hyderabad Asaduddin Owaisi has said that I have not understood anything from the statement of the Union Defense Minister about the fall of Indian missile in Pakistan. The report contains horrific details of the missile firing incident which should have been explained.

Owaisi questioned whether it was true that there were more missiles on the launcher which had to be stopped from taking off after the first one? Do we even imagine the repercussions of such an action between two nuclear-armed countries? Quoting a Bloomberg report in his tweet, Owaisi said that, 'The report says that if the missile reached its designated target, it would have been armed. What was the intended target and does this mean that the missile was accompanied by a warhead?

Owaisi further said that PM Modi and the central government should rise above their politics and promotion of films to focus on being transparent and honest about the missile accident. The AIMIM chief further said that India has an international reputation as a responsible nuclear power and cannot be allowed to be destroyed because of this incompetent government.
