Necessary Ingredients -
2 cups of milk
2 betel leaves
1 tsp fennel
Half a tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp Gulkand
1/4 cup chopped dry fruit
1 Tablespoon Condensed Milk
Method of preparation - For this, make a paste by mixing betel leaves, fennel, Gulkand and 2 tablespoons milk in the mixer. Now heat milk in the pan. After boiling reduce the flame and cook till it thickens. Then take it off the flame. After this, add condensed milk and a paste of betel leaves and whisk well. Now keep it in the fridge for half an hour to cool. After that put it in the mixer and blend again. Now put it in the glass and garnish it with broken fruit.
