The commission said that they are not providing food aid to Hindu and Christian communities in Pakistan. Bhargava said, "These actions are condemnable." There have been reports from Karachi that the Seelani Welfare International Trust, a non-governmental organization set up to help the homeless and seasonal workers, is refusing to provide food assistance to Hindus and Christians. They argue that this assistance is only for Muslims.
