LOS ANGELES: Indian-American model, author, TV host, and model Padma Lakshmi responds to a follower who criticised the amusing video she posted of her and her daughter Krishna on Instagram.

In the video, the famous chef was seen preparing a meal while her daughter recorded it. Her daughter attempted to block the camera's view of her mother's chest by putting one hand in front of it, according to aceshowbiz.com. The young girl responded that she was "censoring" when Padma asked her what she was doing.

Padma responded in jest, "Censoring my boobs? You consumed those boobs for at least a year and a half. The 52-year-old celebrity added in the comment, "Littlehands: "cover your boobs," to further make fun of the circumstance. Littlehands: "Also, zoom in on the boobs." The majority of fans who commented on the video applauded Padma for her clever remarks to Krishna.

Others, it seems, didn't agree with her response. As a mother of four girls, one person remarked, "There is a time and a place and when it starts making our daughters uncomfortable because we are being objectified, time to take note.
When Padma heard the remark, she promptly responded to the speaker. First of all, she asserted, it was a joke.

And because she doesn't use social media, my daughter isn't uncomfortable with me, my boobs, or my posts. She also doesn't read these comments until I show her. The Bravo actress insisted, "Really, folks, it's not that serious."
Later, the food writer informed the individual that her daughter isn't using social media because "she has her homework to attend to."

It's not unusual for Padma to make fun of online trolls' remarks against her. The author of "Spices & Herbs" used TikTok in December to broadcast a video of herself employing a filter that made it appear as though she was drifting in a boat.
