Thiruvananthapuram: The famous Padmanabha Swami Devalaya located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, was opened for devotees on Wednesday i.e. today. During this, physical distance is being well observed. Two hundred devotees offered prayers at the temple, which had been closed since March 21, due to the lockdown announced to stop the spread of corona infection. After this, physical distance shells were made for entry into the temple, so that the devotees could follow the guidelines issued to curb the spread of corona infection.

According to the information, new rules were introduced to worship in the famous Padmanabha Swamy Temple, which opened in the middle of Corona transition. In this, devotees will have to register online for darshan at www.spst.in by 5 pm a day before going to the temple and upon coming to the temple, the registration slip and the original copy of Aadhaar will have to be kept. Sources further informed that devotees will be given entry from the northern gate in the temple and they will have to enter their detailed information in the register before entering.

Let us know that 35 devotees will be able to worship at a time in the temple and in a day, the maximum number of devotees will be 665. He further told that those who will be more than 60 years of age and less than ten years, they will not have permission to come to the temple to worship. According to the release issued by the temple, from 8 am to 11 am and from 5 pm to 6.45 pm, there will be a time of darshan to Deep Aradhana.
