Raipur: A 16-year-old student was beaten to death by four boys in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The student had gone to the school on Monday to take the class 10 compartment exam. In the school itself, he got into an argument with the students of class 11. After which he was murdered. The police have arrested four minor boys for questioning.

The house officer of the same Khamtrai police station, Sonal Gwala said that the murder of the minor was carried out in a government school in the Bhanpuri area. Mohan Singh Rajput had gone to school to appear for a compartment examination. Here there was an altercation with the students of class 11th. The dispute escalated so much that 4 students beat him up. As a result of the beating, he suffered serious injuries and became unconscious. The police officer said that the injured were admitted to Dr BR Ambedkar Memorial Hospital for treatment. Here the doctors declared him brought dead.

Another student was present on the spot at the time of the same incident. The student says that Mohan did not know the boys who assaulted him. 4 boys came to him and asked Mohan something in English. When Mohan started leaving without answering, he got confused. Thereafter, all four started beating Mohan. While assaulting Mohan, he was taken out of the school. Seeing Mohan, who fainted after bleeding, all four ran away. The matter is being investigated by the same police.
