A gas explosion occurred in a mine in the Digri coal field, about 60 km from Quetta in Pakistan, India's neighboring country, killing seven employees working in the mine and injuring three others. According to Pakistan website Dawn, the powerful explosion occurred when more than a dozen miners were working deep inside the mine of a private company.
