New Delhi: The Government of India has said that the Supreme Court's verdict on the Ayodhya case is an internal matter of the country as a whole and Pakistan's inappropriate and baseless remarks about it are not acceptable under any circumstances. Foreign Ministry spokesman Ravish Kumar said in a tweet on Saturday evening that the verdict of the apex court is lawful and it has given respect to Barabbar to all the dharmas.

He wrote that it is such a system and belief that is beyond the character of Pakistan. He said, 'Therefore this type of concept of Pakistan is not surprising. This is his pathological compulsion. Pakistan's remarks made deliberately in internal matters for the purpose of spreading malice are reprehensible. ' Significantly, Pakistan today raised questions on the timing of the decision taken by Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on the age-old Ayodhya issue. He told the media that "the pressure on the already aggrieved Muslim community will increase further with the Supreme Court's decision".

Qureshi said that Pakistan's State Department will issue an official statement after studying the decision in detail. He, however, questioned the announcement of the verdict today. He has said in question that, 'Supreme Court gave verdict today after a long time. Why the Indian court gave the order today.
