In an interview Chaudhary said he was trying to collect information related to the hacking. On Twitter, he wrote, "I am deeply concerned about reports of Guardian News saying that the Indian government used Israeli software to spy on journalists, political rivals and politicians. The immoral policies of the Modi government have dangerously polarised India. More information is coming out."
